The video involves an interview with a long-time State Farm customer who claims to have been treated unfairly by the company. The customer, a woman named Olivia, says she has been with State Farm for 30 years with a perfect safety record, never having an accident or even a ticket.

The issue began when Olivia's neighbor, who also happens to be a State Farm customer, drove into her garage, causing extensive damage. The event occurred in April 2020, right at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. State Farm initially told her the garage was a total loss and needed to be replaced, but once they discovered that the neighbor was also a State Farm customer, their stance changed.

Despite an initial willingness to process her claim, once the insurance company found out the neighbor was also insured by them, they decided to send out a structural engineer to assess if the garage could be fixed. Olivia claims the garage was indeed a total loss, as confirmed by contractors, but State Farm only gave her $454, saying that was the cost of fixing it.

Olivia alleges that State Farm stalled her case for two years, leading her to hire a lawyer. After two years, they told her they no longer had to pay her anything due to the length of time that had passed since the claim was made.

She believes there is a pattern of State Farm treating its customers poorly, citing another example of a woman who had been a customer for 60 years and had her first claim for hail damage denied. Olivia was protesting at the State Farm office when the interview was conducted, and the insurance company's employees had called the police to remove her, arguing she was trespassing.

The video ends with the interviewer getting asked to leave the office. Olivia, however, insists that she has a right to be there as the area is public access. She feels she has been mistreated and cheated out of the money she is due for the claim. 10:27
