Whether you choose 1-2-3 services – we will make sure the process is efficient for you and your business.
Month 1
Onboarding Call
Grab your coffee, get ready to video chat (unless we meet in person!), & let’s get to know each other.
During your intro call, you’ll:
- Meet your Account Manager
- Chat about expectations
- Get the boring shit done (login info, etc.)
Kick-Off Meeting
It’s pretty simple: we want to get to know your company & the customers you serve to get you the best results possible. This is a workshop, so don’t sweat it if you don’t have all the answers.
Be prepared to answer questions about:
- Your ideal customers
- What sets your business apart
- Key services & revenue percentage
- Sales funnel & processes
- Service area targeting
- Your brand & design desires (web clients only)
Strategy Presentation
After a couple of weeks of research and account set-up, we’ll be ready to align expectations with you, share our strategy plan, & set some future goals. We promise it’s not as boring as it sounds!
In this meeting, we’ll walk through:
- The purpose & value of our services
- The tools & strategy we use to get you great results
- Your content calendar (SEO clients only)
- Your Google ads account set-up (PPC clients only)
- Your website homepage design (Web clients only)
Month 2
Recurring Services Go Live!
We won’t need much from you – just a quick “thumbs up” that you’re receiving our test calls & forms.
At this point, you can expect:
- Content on your website (SEO)
- Performance benchmarking to start
- Your Google Ads microsite to launch (PPC only)
- Google ads to be live & running (PPC only)
Website Design Presentation
We’ve used all of that info you shared about your business & ideal customers to craft a unique, custom design. Hopefully you love it!
In this meeting, we will:
- Review your full website design
- Discuss first impressions
- Send you the design file for feedback
Design Report
Just a quick touch base! You’ve given us design edits, we’ve taken care of them. Let’s cover any extra feedback, next steps, and talk about *design sign-off.
The goal of this meeting is to:
- Review design feedback & edits
- Talk about design-sign off
- Walk through next steps
*We will not move forward with development until you sign-off on the design.
Month 3
Monthly Reporting Starts
Showing up for your monthly report with your Account Manager is the best way to make sure you get the most out of your investment. We value your feedback & a regular reporting rhythm.
During reports, we’ll review:
- Your dashboard & lead reports
- Baseline performance & progress
- Account optimizations & content
Month 4
Final Website Review
Launching a new website is a big deal. We want to make it as easy & stress-free as possible, so don’t skip out on this meeting!
We’ll make sure to cover:
- Any final website edits or requests
- Your website launch questions
- Necessary login information & tools
Website Launch Day!
Sit back, relax, and we’ll make the magic happen. Give us the day to roll out the website, take care of redirects, and make sure you’re getting forms & calls. We’re excited to celebrate the launch with you!
