Minneapolis may be a quaint little city by coastal standards…
But to us – it’s a behemoth billowing with advertising juggernauts.
It’s a teeming with incredible advertising giants, I’ve looked up to since I wiped the gunk off my eyes as I exited the womb of design school.
And with the last 10 years of marketing industry experience around the Twin Cities, I thought I’d share the top ad agencies in Minneapolis in a short article that curates their reviews, a little bit of what they say about themselves… and yes even some takes from disgruntled employees on Glassdoor. (lol)
We all have experienced it! No but seriously, Glassdoor does illuminate aspects of ad agencies in Minneapolis that perhaps we don’t all see – and so those takes (good and bad) are shared here, without comment – and only to be representative of the average score the Minneapolis Ad Agency received.

Why didn’t we mention ‘Hook Agency’?
Well, that would be weird wouldn’t it?
The truth is – we really don’t consider ourselves an ‘Ad Agency’, but rather a marketing agency.
But for those of you who might need us – or folks looking to potentially work at a company in marketing and advertising:
- We work with roofing companies and home services businesses looking to drive leads online.
- We care about ‘championing the underdog’ and that’s our cultural motto, and it’s painted up on our wall.
- We’re always looking for diverse candidates on our careers page, and our open to folks with a wide array of backgrounds, not just who most ad agencies Minneapolis might traditionally think should have a shot.
That being said – we are just one of a million little marketing companies that make Minneapolis such a marketing mecca!
And we’re proud to serve along side of all of you.
Let us know if we missed anyone, or if we left any details out.
