Look up the business in this box.

Step Two:

Copy the Place ID in the map above – the number that is associated with the business you want to provide a link to review for.

Step Three:

Paste the number at the end of this link, then copy it to send to people you want reviews from.

To me getting more Google reviews is all about consistency, and feeling the ‘temperature of the room’ around when it’s time to send a follow-up e-mail like this.

I’ve found e-mail is almost more ideal than in person or a phone call because you’re usually catching them when they are in ‘digital’ or ‘computer time’ mode – meaning it’s easier to transition to a task like this if they are already doing things like ‘reading e-mails.’
