Kick Off:

Client Kick-off Meeting : 1- 1.5 hours of your time

Grab some coffee and a computer so we can video chat, unless we’re able to meet in person! We love to see faces of who we’re working with. This meeting will be an open discussion about your ideal customers, stages of the sales funnel, and getting our SEO team familiar with what makes your business unique. We’ll use these answers to develop our content strategy, but this will be a workshop, so don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers yet.

First month of our work = Targeting + Research

We do start technical changes on your website as well as our first linking activity, setting up lead tracking if appropriate, and doing research on what customers are searching in your area, and we also do competitive analysis.

Content Calendar Workshop

Content Calendar Workshop: 1 – 1.5 hours of your time

We do the research and creative over the month and create a 12 month content calendar. We’ll be talking through why we chose these titles, and the angle we plan on taking in this meeting. This is another workshop that we like to get your feedback and input in. We’ll talk next steps and what to expect moving forward at the end of this meeting.

Reporting Calls

Monthly Calls

Recurring Monthly Call: 20-45 min video calls

This is when it starts to take less of your time. You can expect to get a meeting invite from Bea about a week before your recurring monthly date. Your SEO will email you the Monthly Dashboard and talk through what we completed and what’s upcoming for the month. These are pretty informal, and open for questions or any pivots we need to make.

All stakeholders and / or final decision makers need to be in this meeting.

unless we’re able to meet in person. We love to see faces of who we’re working with! This meeting will be an open discussion based on story brand to dig into what makes your company unique and how you help your customer’s become a hero.

We ask for your feedback and participation to get all the information we need. It’s crucial for us to get anybody who will be making final design decisions in the room so that we can have continuity throughout the process.

Website Design

Design

Design Presentation: 1- 1.5 hours of your time

Our team gets to work designing your website. We’ll use the information we gathered from you to ensure that the site reflects the quality work you do, as well as resonates with your ideal customers.

We do internal revisions and review and present the final design to you and your team. This gives us a chance to get your feedback, and notes for any changes we need to make.

Development

Content Gathering: 2-4 hours of your time.

After we make edits and revisions, we’ll send over a form for design sign off. Once we receive your ok, we’ll move into development ( building the site in code.)

We’ll send over instructions for content entry and work with you to make the process of content transfer pain-free. Be prepared to write some content for your site as well as provide us with images.

Website QA

Content Entry and QA

Our team enters in content and does Quality Assurance.  

Once we’ve finished building the site, it’s time to add photos and content. This is when the site starts to come to life!

After we’re complete we’ll send the site over for review, and you’ll have a chance to look it over before we go live.

 

Launch Day

It’s time to launch your site!

We’ll have you on standby to confirm form submissions etc.

After your site goes live we love to celebrate with a Champagne Pop, whether it’s virtual or in person.

Our Paid Ad  Process

We use this information to build out your ad campaigns as well as ad copy and creation.

We dive into your ad account and create our plan of action.

In the first 2 weeks we’ll build out a landing page to send ads to, as well as set up your ad account and create ad copy.

After 2 weeks we’ll meet with you again and review before sending ads live to ensure everything is accurate.

Ads Go Live

Review + Report = Monthly Rhythm

After approval on copy and budget, ads will go live. We monitor progress and make improvements as needed. We meet with you on a monthly basis to keep you updated and make any necessary pivots.
