On February 13, one day after we powerfully optimized our client’s service page, it moved from position #11(second page of Google) to position #5!
We didn’t hesitate to share the results with our client, and we received this email back.
“I just read this email, 5 mins ago we just received a call about removing ice dams from a house in La Crosse. I asked how she heard about us and she said “Google.” I did the search myself (before reading this) and saw our ranking as 5th on the first page as well. Awesome works guys.”

2 days later on February 15th, we shared with the client that this page was ranking #1 for both our money terms “ice dam removal la crosse wi”, and “roof snow removal la crosse wi”

Since February, this page has accounted for 34% of all organic goal completions through the website and has accounted for 230 clicks into the website.
This is one of my favorite SEO wins as a team to date. It involved a new, small business client that wasn’t quite sold on the power of SEO yet, and gave us a perfect opportunity to show the kind of scrappy and results-driven marketing agency we are. Being able to help a family-owned small business earn more revenue and close more deals is an incredibly rewarding thing.
